How to Use
- Prep the natural nails and lightly buff the nail plate.
- Apply RIVA Nail Dehydrator to the natural nail plate.
- Allow the product to air dry completely.
- Follow with RIVA Ultrabond or the appropriate primer, then continue with the selected nail system.
